No bake Lotus Cheesecake Ingredients: - cream cheese 50g ( I’m using @premamilk cream cheese) - Milkpak dairy cream 38g ( I’m using @nestle.milkpak dairy cream) - Whipping cream 47g ( I’m using whippy whip) - Gelatine 15g - Water 51g - Marie biscuits 30g - Lotus biscuits 13g - Butter 15g ( I’m using @adamsmilkfoods unsalted white butter) - Lotus biscoff 50g ——————————— Method: - mix gelatine in warm water and let it bloom for 30 minutes. - Crush biscuits and add melted butter.
