A super easy way to mix up how you do your chicken breast 🔥 We can easily fall into the trap of cooking things to same way, eating the same thing and just staying within the comfort zone Now I’m not saying shredding chicken is stepping out of your comfort zone lol, but the point is to just do things slightly differently and mix it up to keep it fresh!🔥 Basic method: - boil chicken breast in stock for about 20 mins or reach internal temp 74 celcius - chop potatoes into small cubes and bang in the airfryer for 20 mins - chop up all the veg you have in your fridge and wack that in the airfryer/oven for 20 mins too - then shred the chicken with 2 forks and add some Harissa paste or whatever you fancy tbh - add some salt and oil to your potatoes and veggies, enjoy & get creative 🔥 High protein, lots of health, good solid energy and plenty of flavour - yes PLEASE 🔥💪🏼 New programme is launching in 2 weeks, if you’re interested in getting into shape whilst eating what you love and not spending hours in the gym doing extreme workouts - go sign up to the list for updates 🔥💪🏼

Im not sure who’s needs to hear this, maybe no one.. maybe it’s just a message to myself.. but ANYWAY.. I’d like to start by saying I do not advocate smoking, drinking, overeating etc - I’m simply a realist that would prefer to help people in a certain situation they maybe struggling with rather than pretend like I don’t live in the real world.. 🌎 I’ve smoked 🍁 pretty much daily (with long & short breaks in between) for nearly 10 years now.. that’s mad in reality If you’re younger watching/reading this I can only say that I know your life would be a whole lot better without drink/smoke etc but at the end of the day - you’re going to live your life and I am who I am today because in my late teens a fair few substances went up the nose, drank too much & smoked a stupid amount whilst having a domino’s every night… difference is, I am not that person now, I’ve grown.. have responsibilities etc BUT, I still enjoy a smoke.. and a drink now n then along with a pastry and cake 🍰 However, I train, I read, I eat well, I sleep 8 hours a night, I drink lots of water, I get sunlight, I spend time in nature, I’m with my family everyday, I run a business, I post and create my own content etc etc 💪🏼 That is the MAJORITY of my life, not 🍁 or 🍺 What makes up most of your life? 💩 can go downhill VERY quickly, I’ve seen it happen - very close to home Im all about balance, ALL about it ⚖️ But we must have BOTH sides, you can have a smoke or a drink (in moderation) if the other side you’re feckin dominating and doing what NEEDS to be done ✅ You decide what needs to be done btw, but always recheckin with yourself Get a coach if you need to But keep on it, keep yourself in check, start slow, start small and go n do it innnn 💪🏼🔥

Extremely basic, Stevie could do it. We don’t need home cooked meals daily, we don’t need to train daily, we don’t need to ON IT daily. Most of the time we SHOULD be, but when we don’t want to be, or are just too tired - we can still apply the lessons we know! Protein, health, energy, flavour Is a really easy 4 step process to think about when making any meal 1. Protein (30-50g ideally) 2. Veg (health/volume - 2 handfuls) You can just stop here if you want 3. Energy (carbs & fat) 4. Flavour - make it taste good!! (So it’s sustainable) Keep it simple We are postponing the average to savage challenge and rebranding the business (very exciting) but still keep up to date & let’s get it 💪🏼 #easymeal #healthydinner #20minsrecipe
